Dr. Dawn Porter, MD

Dr. Dawn M. Porter, MD, is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and Associate Professor at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. As Founder of Family Renewed, LLC, she creates programs like "Thriving Not Just Surviving™" to empower individuals and families. A 30-year mental health advocate, Dr. Porter is dedicated to strengthening communities. She and her husband, Col Retired David Gaffney, lead a blended family of six

Dr. Candice E. Cox, LCSW

Dr. Candice E. Cox, LCSW, is the Owner and Clinical Director of A&A Inspirations and Founder of KHAOS™ Inc., a non-profit for mental health advocacy. Specializing in trauma therapy, she developed the KHAOS™ mindset, integrating CBT and mindfulness to manage stress. An author, international speaker, and trainer, Candice creates programs for schools and corporations. Inspired by her struggles with anxiety and ADHD, she encourages others to live "beyond labels."

Etoya White, M.Ed., LPC

Etoya R. White is the Founder of Etoya R. White Therapy & Coaching, specializing in therapy and coaching for men and boys in Black and Brown communities. He offers mental wellness consulting, staff training, and mentoring services through his brand. A 2022 St. Louis Health and Wellbeing Champion, Etoya also serves on the boards of CHADS Coalition and St. Louis Voices Academy. He is married to Tracee L. White and they have five children.

Sandra R. Henry MSN, GNP-BC

Sandra R. Henry has 39 years of nursing experience, including 19 as a Board Certified Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. She holds degrees from Central Texas College and Saint Louis University, where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's in nursing with honors. Currently employed by Mercy Post-Acute, she has held numerous roles in nursing, including management and education. Outside of nursing Sandra is passionate about her role as a wife and mother and traveling.

Erica Criss FNP-BC

Erica Criss is Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia. With 16 years of experience, she has worked in diverse fields, including retail health, correctional medicine, deployment health, and primary care. Erica is currently practicing in Palliative Care. In her free time, she enjoys playing board games and traveling with her family.

Lisa Morgan

Lisa Morgan joined Midwest BankCentre as Vice President of Community and Economic Development. With over 41 years in banking, including 23 years in mortgage and commercial lending, she focuses on revitalizing underserved St. Louis communities. Her role supports the bank’s $200 million commitment to help individuals buy homes, grow businesses, and transform neighborhoods. A Florissant native, Morgan also serves on the boards of two faith-based organizations and holds a degree in business administration and finance from UMSL.

Col (ret) David GaFFNEY

Col (ret) David Gaffney is a financial coach and executive consultant with over 30 years of leadership experience. As the founder of Gaffney Consulting & Services LLC, he specializes in personalized financial coaching, real estate investment, and business solutions. A retired U.S. military Colonel, David helps clients build wealth through strategic financial planning, stock market insights, and passive income strategies. He is dedicated to empowering others to achieve financial independence and long-term success.

Cody G. Morrison, MPA, JD

Cody Morrison is the Founding Partner & CEO of Pax Nexus, specializing in legacy and estate planning, community engagement, and government relations. With a law and public administration background, he focuses on closing generational wealth gaps and fostering financial empowerment. Previously, Cody served as Assistant to the Chief of Staff for Chicago's 8th Ward Alderman and helped establish the O’Fallon-Shiloh Business Retention & Expansion Program. He is also the Director of the Parris Academy for Excellence in Law and Leadership at Southwestern Law School.
